Kerry J. Sulkowicz, M.D. founded The Boswell Group LLC, a
consultancy focusing on the psychology of business. Dr.
Sulkowicz advises CEOs in successful organizations who find
it essential to have a sounding board on people issues. He
helps them address the most sensitive and ambiguous business
challenges, including senior team and boardroom dynamics,
CEO succession, and corporate crises. One of the nation's
preeminent corporate psychoanalysts, he consults to various
industries, including financial services, technology, media,
pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and family-owned
enterprises. Dr. Sulkowicz is also Senior Fellow at
Katzenbach Partners, a strategy consulting firm. A
Contributing Writer at Fast Company magazine, Dr. Sulkowicz
writes the popular "Corporate Shrink" column. His work has
been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street
Journal, and Fortune, as well as NBC
Nightline, NPR Marketplace and BBC World News.
His article "Worse than Enemies: The CEO's Dangerous
Confidant" appeared in the February 2004 Harvard Business
Review. A graduate of Harvard College, Dr. Sulkowicz earned
his M.D. from the University of Texas and was Chief Resident
in psychiatry at New York University Medical Center and
Bellevue Hospital. He is currently a Professor of Psychiatry
at New York University.
